Wow guys, I miss blogging so much, it hurts!
It's all for the best, though, cuz i'm so busy now that i can't blog, even if i wanted to. I'm at one of those stages in my life where i have to start making big decisions that really matter. it's a scary thing.
Part of growing up is realizing that the choices you make don't just affect you today, but also affect countless other people, and all of your tomorrows.
It's a bit overwhelming, to tell you the truth.
And I always tell you the truth, don't I?
But i digress. My point of this post is just to tell you that i miss you, and to see how your doing. does anyone even remember this blog? will anyone answer? i do wonder.
In the months we've been apart, i've been thinking about how much i enjoyed blogging. i love it that other people can read my words and comment on them, that i can have discussions and debates with so many different types of people. i can't really do anything like that in the "real world". here, there's no reason for anyone not to hear what i have to say, you know? but in the real world, i'm not a person...i'm a mixture of physical appearance, family history, location, religion, etc. etc. in short, people see me as they want to see me, and not as i really am.
to many people, i'm not a person.
wow, this post has turned out a lot longer than i had intended it to be.
i can't believe i just did this. whatever.

I obviously miss you too, or I wouldn't be so excited that you posted.
Life's been going good. High school has been crazy, of course. I've been reading Romeo and Juliet (which is officially my new favorite story). I've been really happy the past few months. Everything has just been really, really great.
I've "quit" blogging, but... I still try to keep in touch with everyone.
Oh, and my birthday was just last week. :D I'm now 15. It's weird. Being 15, that is.
And I will always, always, always, always, always times a thousand remember this blog, and you, and your inspirational posts.
Gosh, life is crazy. Time is flying by.
Anyways, I'm sure you'll make all the right decisions. And if you DO make any wrong ones, you'll learn from them and move on. ^_^

Hey griff. It was nice to see a post from you. I know what you mean about the growing up and making important decisions, I'm going through similar stuff. It's so hard to blog nowadays. I've taken down most of my blogs and am considering taking down Random Excerpts too, but we'll see. It's great to hear (read really) that your doing ok. As for the listening bit, I've found that sometimes you can't just put your opinion out there you have to put it right in front of people's faces. We only pay attention to what catches our attention. Well L8r. And good Luck

*major hugs* how could we ever forget you, GR? your posts were so deep, how could we ever forget them, let alone you?! =] I'm glad you're sort of back- I've been on a hiatus as well. basically because my parents don't want me on blogger. apparently it makes me a total drama queen and I act like Bella. personally, i would die if I acted like she does in New moon. No offense to anyone, that's just my opinion. Last time I checked it was a free country =] your posts always helped me re-evaluate my own life, and- even though i'm pretty sure you're younger than me(regardless, like it matters)- gave me something to model myself after. Regardless of age. It's just a number, right? Now that you're back, I just want to give you a great big THANK YOU for giving something to shoot for. thank you.

...no offense to hoshi, but I think your parents may have a point on this one.
Age is indeed just a number. GR, you are awesome. And so are Hoshi and RM, but they're my best buds, so it's different.
Don't you just hate it when someone older than you acts like your stupid, or not as smart as them, or not worth their time? It drives me crazy! I like to us all as equals, and if you are older than someone else, you have a chance to teach them if they have something they need to learn. That's all that being older means. But not in numbers or years, in experience.
Good to see you back, and I hope life continues to go well for you! I hope to see you posting more often! I turned 15 October 4th, so that was exciting :)
